Yasmin Teknologi Sdn Bhd started its foray into the IT industry by providing biometrics solutions through an exclusive agency agreement with MORPHO Systems, now part of SAGEM SA's Defence and Security Division, of France more than a decade ago.

The company is actively involved in high technology ventures in Malaysia, which include the provision and implementation of the criminal Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) for the Royal Malaysian National Police (PDRM), Civil AFIS for the Malaysian National Registration Department (NRD) and the Integrated Terminal and Port of Management Information System (ITPMIS) for the Port of  Tanjung Pelepas.

The principal activity of Yasmin Teknologi is focused on the cutting edge high technology arena with specialization in biometrics security algorithm and encryption technology. Increasingly, we are moving rapidly into providing enterprise-wide solutions for technologically driven businesses.
